I honestly love my apartment and the building This place has been a huge blessing to me The parking space is an additional 45 per month but is worth it to keep ones car out of the elements My apartment is packed with historical charm and has excellent lighting There are 55 units with different personalities in each unit Most people are honest on the level and keep to themselves I have made some wonderful friends here and we all look out for each other with genuine care and sincerity Im also blessed to be able to have my dog here I always pick up after him and management has provided various bag stations around the building How generous is that The manager here is also kind and truly concerned about any issues one may have The building as a whole is kept clean with lovely attention to historical integrity They also hold wonderful gatherings at Christmas and an occasional event to promote community and interaction with your neighbors if you choose to be involved This is a unique and wonderful place to live more ... hide ...

I would give this place zero stars if I could Overpriced dump its so tiny you feel trappped inside a space the size of a shoebox Rent always goes up and NOT worth the price they claim not worth the price they charge for your HUD discount Everything is old and outdated You dont even get real carpeting here its cheap brown faux flat material over cement floors 2019-02-24T09:19:23Z
I would give this place zero stars if I could Overpriced dump its so tiny you feel trappped inside a space the size of a shoebox Rent always goes up and NOT worth the price they claim not worth the price they charge for your HUD discount Everything is old and outdated You dont even get real carpeting here its cheap brown faux flat material over cement floors Appliances and garbage disposal and toilet and fans exhausts in both kitchen and bathroom break CONSTANTLY Moldy wood everywhere in kitchen cabinets and under sink falling appart You need a dehumidifier year round just to try to prevent the high humidity indoors and prevent mold growth humidity over 50 is a mold basin many tenants with weak immune systems die in these apartments due to weakens immune systems people are sick here majority of the time and die here at a fast rate Appartment turnover is frequent due to people sick and dying barely ever a wait to get into these units People dont come here to live they come here to deteriorate fast and die Scumlords cant keep up on the cost to maintain the building They dont remove the black mold and poor air quality conditions they only paint over and cover up evidence of moldy living conditions Takes forever for any single maintenance complaint to be resolvedrepaired The pipes have slime black chunks that come out of the faucets and shower Management threaten tenants and use scare tactics to keep everyone under lock and key Its equivalent to living under Hitlers regime Cant have company overnight no visitors with dogs cant have more than 1 vehicle cant live your life without 40 other nosey tenants and management always getting in your business Management lies to get your vehicles towed at their own leisure costing you hundreds of dollars to recover your own property from impound They use threats of eviction notices to force you to comply to their every whim and forcefully gives you eviction notices for things they deem justful in their own eyes with only accusations to go on and no physical proofs Basically you get an eviction if they sayso even if what they accuse you of isnt factual just things they made up to keep you in check and obedient This building should be bulldozed and the Scumlords should be fined and served jailtime What they get away with there is CRIMINAL and I hope one day the TRUTH about them and this building gets brought to light more ... hide ...

Towner CrestnI HIGHLY recommend Towner Crest My Mom moved in about 5 months ago and is extremely happy When we first toured Towner Crest with Amy we were welcomed right away from not only staff but from those that live there Amy was amazing to work with in finding the right apartment for our Mom She answered every question and has great communication My Mom moved from a large condo to an apartment with a beautiful sunroom At first we didnt know how she would adapt but after 2 nights she felt at home faster than we expected There is also storage and underground parking that she usesnnTowner Crest communicates often she always knows whats going on day to day There are so many activities they offer including the ones that my Mom participates in movies and Packers games in the beautiful theater trips to the Fireside a variety of restaurants Oconomowoc Art Center grocery shopping at local stores going to thrift stores In addition to outings she enjoys going to Church in Fellowship Hall playing Bingo scrabble and creating crafts She also loves that she can go to the salon on the first floor for a haircutcolor and also to the fitness center She also likes the food at the Bistro and Dining Room There are also options to buy food at the Bistro as a Take and Go which she does a few times a week There is so much more than what my Mom has done so far and she made a lot of new friends Im so happy to go to Towner Crest when I visit very welcoming My family and I highly recommend Towner Crest more ... hide ...
