Management is very poor I lived here for quite some time I gave plenty notice when I was moving out as I had just had a new baby and was moving with my fiance to Madison Myself and my family cleaned the apartment top to bottom before handing keys in As I was looking at my credit report almost a year later I noticed they had sent a balance to collections I OWED THEM NOTHING I called and spoke to their new landlord about this and was told it was for a cleaning fee I informed him that there should not have been a cleaning fee as it had already been cleaned INCLUDING shampooed I informed him that the apartment was left in better condition than it was in when I moved in because the apartment had not been cleaned after the tenant before me I cleaned it after I signed my lease The new landlord told me he would look for my file and get back to me and never did Its been a month now and every time I call I get no answer I have left a couple messages and no one gets back to me They want 300 for something that had already been done not once but twice by me as I had to clean it upon moving in as well as moving out Had to trud through like 6 inches of snow when I was in active labor because they dont plow the parking lots on weekends and hardly at all When I moved in the neighbor across the hall had a problem with smoking marijuana She would do this quite often Well I left for vacation was gone for a week and came back to an eviction notice under my door for smoking marijuana in my apartment on a day I was half way across the country When I spoke to him he fixed it and told me to disregard it but it was just like really I was pregnant and not here if you are going to serve an eviction notice for something like that investigate first and talk to me The cleaning fee they never notified me I was being charged for it I had to find out by looking at my credit report Very disappointed and poor management more ... hide ...

Not a good place to live I have a family of 5 and they will not let us renew our lease and threaten eviction if we stay longer than our lease We prepaid our rent for the year and there is no damage to the property that we are staying in Note the owners are diamond property Management

Ive lived here for several years and love the personal approach to how they treat their tenants They often have community events that they host such as cook outs back to school supplies give aways for the kids holiday decorating contests and so much more The maintenance here is always friendly and quick to address any concerns Raising my children here has 2017-06-19T16:08:41Z
