My grandma lived here and it was the worst place ever My grandmother is the nicest person youll ever meet She always pays her rent always pays her bills and keeps her place spotless The management threatened to evict her on numerous occasions because she often had family come visit Every time someone would come visit theyd be knocking at the door being nosy They followed her out to the garbage They followed her to go do laundry They accused her of having people living there Then they called her a liar to her face when she said no In the contractlease she is allowed to have a guest for up to 10 days We are a close family and every once in a while we would have sleepovers to keep grandma company only 1 night at a time They told my grandmother her neighbors would be watching her and made her feel so hurt and uncomfortable in her own house PLEASE NEVER LET ANY FAMILY MEMBERS LIVE HEREnnNote When moving out the manager Shelly literally dug through the dumpster looking at the garbage we threw out Lol This lady was also found snooping around in the apartment when no one was home The things my grandmother dealt with here were not only unbelievable but against the law more ... hide ...

So affordable and the office managers are always helpful and welcoming We actually lived here and then moved and we ended up coming back cause there is nothing else in Sheboygan that compares to the price and staff
