Has potential to be cute Maintenance is a joke Tells you In a couple weeks every time he needs to do more than talk to you Wont actually schedule time to do any work Office lady will bold face lie to you I asked if the apartment passed inspection as it was pretty shabby and nasty when I got the keys She straight up said yes I found out after I moved in that it in fact DID NOT pass inspection Also both the maintenance guy and office lady showed up on my door step one day after i sent them a list of what needed to be fixed Never gave me 24 hours notice or anything Just showed up and knocked on the door Im a private person I dont like unexpected visitors I moved in in the beginning of July and have been waiting a couple of weeks multiple times now for my smashed doors and missing closet door and missing kitchen cabinet door to be replaced Im waiting for the under sink vanity to be fixed since its unusable from water damage and there are centipedes eating it in my kids bathroom The faces of my kitchen drawers are coming off from being sloppily glued back on Maintenance response was when they come off completely bring them to me and I will fix them Im doubtful Im still waiting for the ceiling to be painted or cleaned All this damage is from the previous tenants I was not allowed to see my apartment before signing the lease I have never had a problem doing that before but lesson learned Neighbors seem nice Though I have noticed a trend of a lot of people with security cameras which leads me to believe things arent quite the nicest around here But so far Ive had zero problems with any of the neighbors Its a quiet area kids play in the street all the time unattended so you need to be watchful while driving but my kids have made friends Pics are of a few things we are waiting a couple weeks for fixing Sarcastic eyeroll more ... hide ...
