The property manager is evil and lies under oath to get you evicted And refuses to give you corprates number I do not recommend this place to anyone If life is rough now they will be two times as bad by the time you leave Most likely wont be willingly either she will find a way to evict you

Got our hopes up high for nothing waste of time money gas added to vehicle problems wear and tearnnGrandmother passed away disabled Mother and I struggling to survive after 10 months of unemployment I was a nurse until she passed away Luckily gained employment again to just barely make it bynnNow we even have incurred car costs exceeding 6000 for transportation to make it to and from work making it near impossible to move It seems our chances are very slim due to these unforseen hardshipsnnThey should have extenuating circumstances addressed in order to initially help those undergoing extreme misfortunates as we currently are at least until were on our feet againnnI dont understand as most low income programs usually have a second income bracket to partially help these individuals to get caught up with financial difficulties preventing them in attaining selfsufficiencynnExample Over by 10000 increase monthly rent a little to compensate for what their income is over the cutoff However also giving them opportunities being just barely above lowincome to attain affordable housing to improve credit for future rental opportunitiesnnThey dont do this but rather have medium income based familys not be given the same chances as all others do In the end rather then be homeless
