Avoid renting from Joyce Harper at all costs She is a dishonest property manager Cherisa was the previous property manager and fixed up the place very nice Its to bad Cherisa is no longer the property manager Joyce is not proffesional or fair and just has no integrity The office smells like smoke and has animals in it during business hours
