This is an income based complexnOil fields opened back up almost 3 years ago causing cost of living to go up causing rent here to go up Oil fields shut down again but rent stayed high 823 a month for a 3 bedroom is just to high for this area of the state

Wonderful managment And also maintained so nicely Background checks are done on prospective tenants which at certain times Im sure keeps out possible problems Two bedroom apartment building is so quiet Friendly people live here
