Called and asked about low income housing and the lady told me to dont do housing anymore just the voucher program I asked how the program worked and she said they werent taking applications I asked if she knew if there were any low income based housing near Foley and she said no So what the heck are you getting paid for Absolutely no help and will continue 2022-08-04T18:28:54Z

Moved in and two months in AC compressor goes out and doesnt get fixed for a week 1 and 12 months later apartment above ours has a water leak caused by expansion tanks on the water heaters that have been happening around the apartment complex but they havent bit the bullet on replacing And to be the cherry on top my AC ran out of free on the same week A clea 2019-12-29T04:10:08Z
Moved in and two months in AC compressor goes out and doesnt get fixed for a week 1 and 12 months later apartment above ours has a water leak caused by expansion tanks on the water heaters that have been happening around the apartment complex but they havent bit the bullet on replacing And to be the cherry on top my AC ran out of free on the same week A cleanup crew came immediately after I reported the issue and placed fans and dehumidifiers in my apartment so we left for the night to get some rest being as it was 1230 when they arrived and they were gonna have to set up the equipment needed to dry out the ceiling Talked to the office and asked if there was going to be any reduction to my rent for the month because of the inconvenience of the AC not working properly again and because of the water leak caused by negligence on the complexs part They told me no to file a claim with my renters insurance because that was what renters insurance was for I had never heard bad things about Alison Pointe but if anyone ever asks me if they should rent here I would strongly recommend them to go any where else The rent is cheap and I know why now They dont buy quality items or replace faulty ones but instead just let it inconvenience the renters more ... hide ...

Just want to say that new property manager is very rude no customer service skills at all Sticking news letters in your door about some renters liability insurance required by complex saying you can go through your own insurance company or use their provider for 10 a month but then when you ask her in office she replies very rudelyin front of another tenant and says we dont provide it and then says shes had reports of people paying 1214 a month Manager before herMarci was very helpful but this one needs to get a grip on customer service skills Plus when other manager was hereshe was always in office 85 New one is here random times Im so over this place Maintenance Guy on other hand has always been here when needed We will be searching to leave Now new people move in months ago and I believe that they are running a garage in the parking lot They always have 34 cars or trucks that they are working on They take up all the parking spaces and some of the cars dont even have tags on them so they sit there for a long time Now that is frustrating Especially when we all sign a lease in agreement not do do those things and abide by the rules Its so irritating that they do that and they know it irritates you cause they see you having to park farther away from your apartment and where they park these vehicles its not even in front of their building Rules are rules Now addressing the management she has gotten 100 better since shes gotten used to residents Maintenance guy is very good and quick so cudos for the team now more ... hide ...
