They are very nice homes but some of the rules they have are stupid like 250 dollar fine if you arent smoking a cig on the porch if someone says you did you did end of story or fining you if they find your trash on the ground I only have an issue because someone times before they pick up dumpsters an trash is already overflowing the top so if you got that ru

I am only giving stars for the location Every year rent goes up 10 What was listed as 535 is now 585 Management is only here 2 days a week The manager doesnt manage well and the maintenance half does his job Also some people can have multiple pets and others cannot Drugs also doesnt matter here Also the playground is terrible There are no parking lot rules e
