I have lived at the Camellia apartments a couple times I have had a good experience The only thing I have wandered is the rules are put in place to follow Example yards and porches are to be kept clean and clutter free so the maintenance people can cut the yards If you have 1 or more yards thats not clutter free it makes the rest of the complex look nasty an

Nice quiet but btr be 62 OR disabled or live in the tent awhile longer bcuz govt evidently makes more from the disabled It didnt matter Im homeless at 61 have a job Since when is doing right a disservice for myself Guess I better stock up on quilts

This place is a nightmare Hours state 8am430pm but noone will answer office phone and new worker there refuses to answer and just leaves whenever she wants Do your damn job

McCay Senior Garden in Oneonta is not what it appears to be Rarely have maintenance Things notthings done in a timely manner Very bad management even when on site Think twice before moving here
