Office staff doesnt answer phones often I have called and walked over immediately after and found that they were there and just doing paperwork People who do landscaping are careless I had my window open when they were setting up a sprinkler outside and they were moving the thing around while it was on Sprayed water into the apartment and could have ruined a 200 printer and a 900 computer had they been closer Apartments are okay however when something breaks you cannot get a hold of the office staff or they just dont replace things like they say they will This is a very unsafe area Multiple people have had things stolen out of their cars The drunk natives walk through here and most are violent when confronted for being noisy There are two liquor stores here so they are ALWAYS here Someone recently had their security camera cord cut Ive also seen drug deals done just outside of the apartment Despite the nice little neighborhood on one side it IS NOT SAFE Dumpsters are emptied daily so if you get an end apartment you will hear A TON of noise Not only that but when kids are playing at the park they are LOUD and some are very disrespectful of others belongings DO NOT USE THE BIKE RACKS They hit bikes with sticks and the landscapers dont have respect for them either People smoke outside of others open windows as well Overall its not a great place to live I wouldnt suggest it more ... hide ...

What is Alaska Housing Rent Relief Provides qualified Alaskans up to 12 MONTHS OF RENT and assistance with utilitiesnI have received 9 months of rentutility assistance However my application is marked complete when I should have 3 more months remaining Turns out that this is because they count your electric and rent separately toward total months of assistance I have spoken with Jennifer from valley charities and Sarah a supervisor in the call center they advised that i must do an appeal to get this fixed I have spent the last hour looking on your website your blogs your quarterly reports and i am unable to find anything that says if you ask for help with utilities that you are penalized and that is counted toward your months of rental assistance No one in their right mind would ask you to pay their electric bill in lieu of a month of rent IF your formula was correct then I would have been given 18 months of assistance When I spoke with my rent relief specialist Terry Beverly he did not state hey are you sure you want help with your electricity bill because if you do we will count that against your months of rent Your call center said that I am not allowed to pay back electricity so i can have my 3 months of rent assistance instead I filed the appeal today but i heard from your call center that this is a very very common complaint and if that is true than maybe it should be posted somewhere on your websiteit is NOT in the fine print anywhere either i asked the call center for a copy of this policy they said they do not have it because they are just the call center and only an appeal will get me my answersnow Im waiting more ... hide ...

This Apartment Complex is secure and you have to be 60 years old and above to live here Its very quiet and clean There are 4 floors and each one has a common area to visit or read There is a large kitchen on the first floor and a balcony off the third floor A huge laundry room on the second floor has washer and dryers that only cost four quarters There is a 2020-11-18T05:25:03Z
This Apartment Complex is secure and you have to be 60 years old and above to live here Its very quiet and clean There are 4 floors and each one has a common area to visit or read There is a large kitchen on the first floor and a balcony off the third floor A huge laundry room on the second floor has washer and dryers that only cost four quarters There is a waiting list for the 19 one bedroom apartments which are subsidized with income requirements For a senior couple or individual this is the perfect place just a few miles from the downtown area The manager is in an open office on the first floor and she is very professional and friendly I couldnt be happier with this place more ... hide ...

My parents stayed there for about six months and I have known several others that have stayed there over the years My first experience was when I helped an uncle of mine move in there ten or more years ago I cant really explain it but the place had a feel to it that wasnt welcoming My uncle didnt stay long Years later my parents moved in for about six months Their best friends were there as well Again there was a strange feeling about the place It was not a good fit for my parents and we are not the type that make demands or are unreasonable I think one of the problems was that staff seemed to be unsettled and there didnt seem to be any cohesion amongst them It is a very nice facility and the food and accommodations are very good Theres just something about the place that does not feel right more ... hide ...
