We relocated from the midwest In one of the most aggravating moves possible trying to get the house sold while packing and getting everything ready for our new jobs we were stressed We did our rental agreement online from half way across the country and the staff was the only people who made this move easy We endured shady movers constant battles with our realtor and the buyers finding a place to store everything for the move and working with our new employers from a different time zone the staff at Bella Vita were by far the best people we dealt with There was no hassle in the application They went over all the addendums in our lease agreement and even worked with us to get into our apartment if we arrived after hours or on the weekend In the middle of all the chaos they stayed in communication with us and gave us a light at the end of a stressful tunnel to look forward to Since we have arrived they have worked to resolve any issues we have had with the unit The crew keep the property looking nice and I love the portal for paying rent or submitting work orders They have followed up with us after all repairs to make sure we happy The property is nice There are great view of the mountains It is so quiet and relaxing We had to transition from living in a house to an apartment for the first time in almost 10 years We were worried about moving back into an apartment again after so long but it has been great We feel at home here The covered parking is a big plus I love the fact that we get two reserved covered parking spaces included in the lease Our electric bill has not killed us and the screens on the windows really help with the heat Even with living in close proximity to others we feel like we have privacy Our dogs love the dog park and they have dog waste stations all over the property We feel comfortable walking our dogs any time of the day or night I cannot recommend these people enough Thank you for making the hardest move we ever made a little bit easier on us and thank you for treating us like residence and not a rent check more ... hide ...

Im only listing as a Up and coming review for now as I have not moved in yet But so far everyone has been very friendly and polite The grounds themselves look like a very nice place New paint and no trash After reading the other reviews here I am still not convinced that this is a dump It seems to me it was sold or is under new management I hope Once I fina 2013-10-06T01:03:01Z

I have lived here for a very long time infact still do i dont like it but i am to young to move out It does not have a pool it does not have a proper bball court this place is a lie and the present manager is very cruel and we have a neighbor that is realy rude my recomendation unless you want depression dont come here it is the worst place
