Hello Kellie Im sorry to say Im not happy with the AC unit not being fixed today Im not sure if you know about the situation Friday night my AC unit went around 1030pm I put in a maintenance request through the app Saturday morning around 10am I went to the leasing office and personally informed Leslie Graham about my AC unit not working Mr Graham assured me that maintenance will be on their way to fix the problem I had called the office every hour to get an update as to when the maintenance guy was coming and the temperature in my apartment is above 87 degrees maintenance guy showed up around 130pm and looked at the unit for 2 hours and left without saying any about the AC unit Needless to say AC unit was not fixed I called the leasing office again to see if I could spend the night in a vacant unit with AC That was shot down I called to see if you guys would put me up in a hotel until my AC unit got fixed and again I was shot down By this time I received an email from Mr Graham that a third party would be here today from 1200200pm and no one showed up I have been here all day waiting on these people It would have been nice to know who is this third party company name and number so that I can call them to see whats the hold up or if they even plan on showing up today But again no information that I need was ever given to me Keeping me in the dark Not happy at all Today is July 5th at 450pm finally the third party contractor Ground Zero showed up to fix the AC unit more ... hide ...

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE It would be cleaner and safer to live on the sheets I moved in on a Friday and ask to break my lease that Monday morning We could not even make it a night in the apartment because of a horrible roach issue they have going on I was assured before moving in that they did not have a bug issue oh did they lie Big ones little ones everywhere I even went to the store up the street and brought also ever roach killing product when I was paying the cashier told me let me guess you just moved in the palm terrace The Manager did call pest control right away and even was nice enough to put them on speaker pest control said they would come and spray my apt that day since they would be there anyways to take of the bed bug problem Another issue is you can hear Everything that the person next door is saying and they are talking in normal tone voice that how thin the was are Also all the lights in the complex that light the sidewalk DO NOT WORK the light outside my apt was hanging on by an extension cord that ran to the roof and duct tape THE LIST GOES ON AND ONManagement said I could break my lease and I would get what I paid back but it would take 15 days but Guess what I never got it PLEASE DO NOT SET YOURSELF UP FOR A NIGHTMARE more ... hide ...
