Nobody answers the phone here EVERnUpdate since I could not reach anybody on the phone over here my mother went in person to pick up an application and inquire about the process of renting nobody was in office that day however the maintenance man assisted my mother gave her the application I called that following Monday to see if I could reach somebody and someone actually answered I told her my mother had picked up application for me and her first question was how did she get the application I asked what her position was and she said she was the MANAGER Not only was she unprofessional she was ghettonI feel sorry for anybody who lives there and has to deal with her Needless to say I tossed the application in the trashn

PART 2 HEREnIt couldve been them or the managers before but either way somebody didnt want to do their jobs Smh They had 2 pools but the one in the back was always locked and shut down Tagged up dirty water just awful The neighbors werent all that great We had a family of 7 people living next to us and we couldnt begin to imagine how they made that work in a 2 bedroom apartment But they kept to themselves and were no problem But the neighbors all around us were just jerks Didnt care about anyone else but themselves Loud music in their cars in the apartments Always yelling and screaming fighting and arguing We were on a lease contract but they didnt care and they kept raising our rent And then towards the end of our lease they terminated it and put us a 1 month lease due to new management is what they said and they were doing it for all the apartment complexes This place was just a horrible experience and it was my first experience being an apartment Never again with this place or any other place like this I wish someone would have told me about this place before we moved here I regret it So please find somewhere else to go This place is not worth it

Do not rent here unless you are happy to share the space with roachesnnChantal Dunn and San Martin rented out a Roach and scorpion infested apartment to me and my family Spoke to them immediately about the apartment having roaches and Aaron employee had a explanation for the roaches being there in a empty apartment After speaking to the employees for two days including my move in day I finally spoke with Chantal Dunn who is the apartment manager Chantal refuse to see what kind of apartment she rented me when showed her pictures Chantal said a few roaches in not mad Chantal and the district manger of San Martin both said it was not bad to have a few roaches in a new apartment crazy right So after hearing this come out of their mouths I asked for my money back Both of them refused and wanted to offer me another new unit which is on the bottom floor I advise both I will not live in these apartment for them not being truthful and saying it is okay to live in a roaches infested apartmentnI am warning everyone please do not live here the reviews are 100 true about the apartment Do not be fooled Drive around and look before renting and also listen to the way Aaron speaks to the residents as well Very rude and unprofessionalnnScorpions and Roaches live therennUpdate they refused to give me my money back nn 2021 update NEVER received my money back and they refuse to speak to me
