I really dont know what what maintenance they did when they went into the house because they were supposed to do something with the AC but my daughter said they did something in the bathroom so I dont really know

Since we moved into San Bellino our expectations have been met Starting with front office staff they are always nice They communicate with us and they are compassionate towards tenants during unexpected life events The maintenance guys are always super friendly first thing they do in the morning is clean the complex making sure everything is tidy They respon 2021-07-14T21:34:07Z

Update I ordered my kiddos school photos in May and the office kept telling us we didnt have any packages Fast forward to July and they look through another box and find not one but two packages for me both school photos for my kiddo One had been there since May UghnnIve lived here for 3 years and every single month there is an issue with water out here Its 2022-07-14T01:12:34Z

they are under new managment have been living here a year they are currently renovating and the new staff are great katherine and cynthia in the front office always greet you with a smile or ruben or mainetnece man are great i enjoy the new managers and look forward to living here for awhile longer and you cant beat everything included even basic cable cheer 2013-02-15T22:19:51Z

This place is good but other then that the manager is not a good owner to take care of this place she is very disrespectful she wants to change thd rules of the apartments and the the residents are very rude too many of them judge ypur race

Nobody answers the phone here EVERnUpdate since I could not reach anybody on the phone over here my mother went in person to pick up an application and inquire about the process of renting nobody was in office that day however the maintenance man assisted my mother gave her the application I called that following Monday to see if I could reach somebody and 2019-04-26T14:44:11Z

PART 2 HEREnIt couldve been them or the managers before but either way somebody didnt want to do their jobs Smh They had 2 pools but the one in the back was always locked and shut down Tagged up dirty water just awful The neighbors werent all that great We had a family of 7 people living next to us and we couldnt begin to imagine how they made that work in a 2 bedroom apartment But they kept to themselves and were no problem But the neighbors all around us were just jerks Didnt care about anyone else but themselves Loud music in their cars in the apartments Always yelling and screaming fighting and arguing We were on a lease contract but they didnt care and they kept raising our rent And then towards the end of our lease they terminated it and put us a 1 month lease due to new management is what they said and they were doing it for all the apartment complexes This place was just a horrible experience and it was my first experience being an apartment Never again with this place or any other place like this I wish someone would have told me about this place before we moved here I regret it So please find somewhere else to go This place is not worth it more ... hide ...
