I have or had a mom that is 73 years old who lives herenI have lost contact with her for many monthsnnSo I called the manager and asked if she could check up on her and tell me if she is still alive or not She said they cant do that because of privacy rightsnn4 months later I still dont know if she has passed away or not Rated 1 star for rudeness

I have lived in Canal Seniornapartments since November 2005I have had the experience of five managers and two management companies and four maintenance menI had no problem with apartment living until this year here at CanalRecently I have had the travail of a barking dog on my bedroom wallThis is a three story building on approximately two acres over seventy residents many of these residents have dogsSome residents have two dogsWe have a senior buildingwith a large entry waytiled that resonatesI have recently made three police reports which have detailed the barking dog issue in the resonating entrance to the buildingThese dogs bark when the owner is goneThey bark when you use the keypad on your cell phonein the apartment next doorThey bark when the children next door play in the alleyThey barkThere is also two dogs down the hall that barkand the woman is deaf that that owns them and she now has the dog of someone that was asked to leave the building making three dogs in one residenceWe have DOGS in this buildingThere is a city councilman that owns the building and his managers stance is that this is part of apartment livingI dont think soand you shouldnt eitherIf you have a dog you discipline your dogsIF you are self important and feel you have an entitlement to have annoying dogs you will do soBewareto anyone thinking people have more rights than dogsnot in this buildingnClass action being sought with the Attorney General of Arizonaover failure to return depositsfor apartments where the rugs were never replaced in 8 years more ... hide ...
