It is a good place to live I have been living here for almost 5 years It is near the pharmacies stores It is quiet too The only thing that did not stop me well is Mr SERGIO DEL MAINTENANCE is a rude person with a very ugly attitude He gets upset and blames you if things break down They are already old apartment and need better maintenance or service I 2019-03-13T18:53:55Z

Ive been here almost two years now I was homeless when I moved into these apartments For those who say they have bed bugs roaches etc might be over exaggerating Ive never seen any of those problems and I was in a one bedroom and moved to a two bedroom in a different part of the complex from where I was in the one bedroom I love the ladies in the office and the maintenance men are really reliable too Sometimes theyre super busy and cant get to you right at that moment but they will get to you within the state law requirements People tend to not have a lot of patience as I raise my hand but theyre good at getting things done They do shut the water off as needed Since Ive been here about four times but thats because of the leak I would rather have hot water then no water People do need to be grateful for what they have Its better than sleeping in the car or in the sidewalk There has been other problems with homeless people coming in here but every time the management maintenance or other office personal see them they take the appropriate measures to make sure theyre not welcomed here anymore I would recommend this place more ... hide ...

The manager there now has really cleaned the place up from what it used to be She is nice and usually helps the tenants with anything they need The trash on the ground is picked up every morning and maintenance is always around if something needs to be fixed They also have a pool which is always clean and clear
