Lived here for 2 and a half years and have had no issues I dont agree with my rent going up almost 300 when I renewed my lease if it goes up more around my new lease renewal I might have to move only because Im on salary income so its hard with my budget lol but I understand its the new era we live in We do get an occasional homeless person walking through t 2022-05-26T12:03:48Z

DO NOT LIVE HERE it is not worth the hassle the front desk person with the messed up hairline named Brian was super rude had attitude every time I called about the apartment we were supposed to move into On top of that they decided to deny our application which was a blessing two days before we were supposed to move in you can definitely find a better apartm 2022-06-12T21:38:19Z

I lived there back 9800 I loved living there I come on here to look at photos and think about my memories I had there I lived there from age 1921 and the only reason I moved out was I moved outta state I still miss it therennBack then there wasnt any drama and most people were really friendly and I hope it is like that to this day

I am living in cascada del sol for 2 years and the management now is bad I never was able to contact them i pay my rent always on time I ask for new refrigerator I wait for 5 days asking all my food spoiled now in the beginning on the month I ask for a key for the mailbox I was no able to talk to the office haw I remplace my key I live messenger and right a 2021-05-12T22:22:04Z
