This is a nice clean secure wellmaintained affordable housing community with secure access and great management in an interesting neighborhood intransition Being in the middle of a major downtown construction boom I cannot describe it as being quiet construction noise from surrounding projects has been constant for 2 years but I dont mind that so much and 2022-03-17T18:31:31Z
This is a nice clean secure wellmaintained affordable housing community with secure access and great management in an interesting neighborhood intransition Being in the middle of a major downtown construction boom I cannot describe it as being quiet construction noise from surrounding projects has been constant for 2 years but I dont mind that so much and its the natural side effects of a neighborhood in transition to something better Its a wonderful place to live in a dynamic downtown area that is going through major changes Thats a good thing I love being downtown and so close to the light rail I love that there are community picnic areas with gas grills on each floor I love that there is a locked bike storage room on the ground floor adjacent to the secure parking garage Management is very friendly reasonable and professional There is a common misconception that this and the sister property across the street Urban Living on 2nd are only for Native American tenants which is not true I am not Native not are many of my neighbors and I have never felt like that was a disadvantage or that I was treated differently The property is owned by Native American Connections but it is open to the whole community albeit with income restrictions I understand that there is long waitlist to rent here and I am not surprised The only significant complaint I have about the property is that there is absolutely no guest parking Guests must find parking on the street which can be difficult more ... hide ...
