They have some of the most friendly residents Ive had the pleasure to have met Ive never had interactions with management I hope they realize they have an awesome group of tenants and do right by them The grounds are neat and some tenants have raised flower beds to plant what they wish Great touch

Horrible management and community neighbor On site management REFUSES to communicate with residents about using next door Villa Oeste HOA community property fort their dogs to poop Rather than simply circulate a memo to residents the on site manager Sacha Marshal suggested we call the police for trespassing showing no care for the residentsnnAlso their maintenance man blows the leaves and debris from their property out into the street which blows down the street into Villa Oeste HOA causing extra expense to have our landscaper clean up after Northern Gardens mess After 2 times reporting this Sacha told us that that it is not illegal for them to blow their leavers and debris into the street and offering no assurance she would address the problemnnLastly considering Northern Gardens is geared toward over 65 I was shocked that Sacha was not wearing a mask out of consideration for the residents at Northern GardensnnI would not recommend Northern Garden to anyone based on the complete lack of consideration and apathy toward engaging with residents staff and neighbors in a constructive manner more ... hide ...

Not sure if I could give them 12 a star so that is where the one star came in I lived at the property for over a year and paid 909 as a security deposit The community wss ok for awhile but these new people they keep getting need training The office is always closed they give you the run around and nobody knows how I can get in touch with a person regarding my refund from 4 months ago I asked for a number for corporate and was given some our of state number which I called its a custimer service line but no reps pick up goes steaight to voicemail At this point Im ready to contact 3 on your side because I personally feel some shady stuff is going on Seriously how does it take several months for a refund and you dont owe rent or fees If I owed rent they wouldnt wait several months to collect itm i would be evicted in 7days Coffelt get it together more ... hide ...
