I went to visit my aunt here and when you walk in you think its a pretty nice facility then you walk out of the lobby and start to notice the floors and the walls need a good scrubbing I went upstairs to my aunts room and when I got off the elevator I was slapped in the face with the smell of urine even with a mask on The carpet is filthy and has some major 2021-10-12T00:19:31Z
I went to visit my aunt here and when you walk in you think its a pretty nice facility then you walk out of the lobby and start to notice the floors and the walls need a good scrubbing I went upstairs to my aunts room and when I got off the elevator I was slapped in the face with the smell of urine even with a mask on The carpet is filthy and has some major stains that are unrecognizable I went into my aunts room and they hadnt cleaned it for 4weeks Her bed sheets hadnt been changed and she had an accident at some point I changed the sheets and requested the room to be cleaned and I was told it would be done today The staff seemed nice and they were helpful if they cleaned up the place it wouldnt be bad Its just so dirty more ... hide ...

When I first moved in the first couple of months management answered the phone and maintenance request After I got neighbors I started getting roaches called maintenance no response and the office seems to never be open and they never answer There is fighting in the parking lots management never walks premises or else they would notice Parking is horrible 2017-11-07T02:48:05Z
When I first moved in the first couple of months management answered the phone and maintenance request After I got neighbors I started getting roaches called maintenance no response and the office seems to never be open and they never answer There is fighting in the parking lots management never walks premises or else they would notice Parking is horrible have to fight visitors for residents space Vandalized cars kids all over the street no parents kids destroying property taking fire extinguishers out and trashed them stair way never cleaned and you can see maintenance only washing front of complex but not the places that need cleaning from kids going out of control cant wait to move out Worse then projects But office will leave notice for chair on balcony but wont fix issues Even a kid whos banned from property is still living in property and out all nightIts sad when I work and cant get no sleep due to neighbors out with loud music all night no number to call for problems like that If management would walk the area of 4646 bldg by laundry they would see for them selves but never seen management near not there problem since they dont live on the property cops always on property alsosucks living here more ... hide ...

Ive stayed here with my mom 6 months ago We were one of the first people to move in the unit when they first opened up for renovations 4 years ago When we first move in there it was so peaceful and nice looking After a while they started to move more people in and there kidsnjust could not appreciate they nice things we had that they started to wear and tear 2020-08-18T13:51:27Z
Ive stayed here with my mom 6 months ago We were one of the first people to move in the unit when they first opened up for renovations 4 years ago When we first move in there it was so peaceful and nice looking After a while they started to move more people in and there kidsnjust could not appreciate they nice things we had that they started to wear and tear the apartments down by breaking the lights the basketball court the picnic tables and even set the trash can on fire The apartments management team hasnt contacted those families about the behavior of the kids to even try to resolve the issues those kids have started Those Kids are bullies always picking on new kids They dont really care about the families as they say they do my opinion more ... hide ...
