Five years ago my mom filled out an application At that time they told us its takes about an year to get an apartment She was 3 on the list Next year we went back All of a sudden she was 80 on that same list and we were told she needs to wait more It has passed 5 years already Every year I went to the office or called multiple time The answer was the same No

Five years ago my mom filled out an application At that time they told us its takes about an year to get an apartment She was 3 on the list Next year we went back All of a sudden she was 80 on that same list and we were told she needs to wait more It has passed 5 years already Every year I went to the office or called multiple time The answer was the same Nothing was available yet Yesterday we 042720 I was able to contact with someone from the office and they told me that my moms application was canceled 4 years ago I was speechless because I went and call the office multiple times during the 5 years period and not even once I was told that her application was canceled Now after I left multiple voicemails to speak to the manager I still have no call back from them to solve that matter I strongly believe that this place is a scam I personally saw and talk to Carl Howerton in the first few years and he never mentioned about a cancelled application I think they are laying to innocent people People who need help and they are left on the street I will definitely take this matter to a higher level People be aware and make sure you get on writing every conversation with this place otherwise they will keep doing what they are doing
