We moved in when I was 6 months pregnant we had signed our lease over a month before moving in and would drive by regularly to see if anyone was working in the unit because they told us the apartment had been empty for over a year was going to be getting repainted with new flooring installed come move in day we were notified the morning of that the apartment was not ready and that they needed and extra day to finish and 100 would be taken off of our first months rent cool So the next day sarah the office lady tells us the apartment is ready so we go get the keys and go in the place was a wreck and we had mice the bathtub paint was still wet there was a pair of someones old fake eyelashes on in the bathroom cabinet and all of the windows had cigarette butts in them we had no screens on our windows The maintenance men try to do what they can while being short staffed But as for the officeowners they dont care weve been living here a little over 9 months now still have had problems with mice as well as our neighbors after putting in multiple maintenance requests recently had our fridge give out put in a request heard nothing back for 2 to 3 days which caused all of our food to go bad over 400 worth when the maintenance man came to finally fix it he advised us that the owner was on vacation and we would be getting refunded since nobody came to fix it over 2 weeks later we get notified that because we dont have proof of the food that went bad we will only be reimbursed 100 This place has been nothing but a bad experience I wouldnt recommend to anyone more ... hide ...

That place is to strict on how to live it is hard to get any mantance done The restidance is always in your business they complain if you decide to have a BarBQ outside weather it be Carol or burning wood And it Dont have a pool When you decide to move out they do there in section to get you deposit back dont expect it back especially if you lived there for 2019-09-24T03:31:40Z

I have been living at San Pedro apartments for 8 years I love living here The Manager is very smart and knows her job inside and out Glad she is the manager The management is extremely helpful and we have never had anyone coming into our place without permission We always receive at least 48 hours before they come in Maintenance is very nice and help 2018-06-26T17:07:49Z
