If I could give this place zero stars right now I would This complex doesnt have any signs posted in their parking lot stating that people cant back their cars in Our daughter is a new driver and drove our vehicle to her friends apartment last night at this complex It was the first time she has ever driven our car without one of us Unfortunately because there is nothing posted in the parking lot stating you cant back in to the parking spots and because her friend forgot to tell her she cant back in she backed in to a spot and our car got towed from Surprise to South Phoenix and it is going to cost us 230 to get it back Now I can understand if someone who went to the apartment often or who lived at the apartment complex was doing this consistently and knowing they shouldnt be doing it by all means have their car towed but dont have someones car towed that has never parked there before who may not know the parking rules and who may be a new driver and not even think to ask what the rules are Especially when the parking rules arent posted more ... hide ...

Was told there was a solar heated pool a big plus for someone with fibromyalgia and osteo arthritis however no heated pool at all The maintenance of the grounds and pool is very poor with the pool turning green on a regular basis plants dying branches blown from trees left on grounds for weeks Not big branches but about four feet long Many twigs dead lea 2013-08-15T05:53:48Z
Was told there was a solar heated pool a big plus for someone with fibromyalgia and osteo arthritis however no heated pool at all The maintenance of the grounds and pool is very poor with the pool turning green on a regular basis plants dying branches blown from trees left on grounds for weeks Not big branches but about four feet long Many twigs dead leaves and small pieces of trash not cleaned up Maintenance work orders not done in a timely manner Often times work on a work order is started then left to sit for days only when a call is made to the manager is the work completed No preventive maintenance is donennWe are on our fourth manager in three years Upper management ignores complaints they make no effort to contact residents who have filed complaintsnnEveryone who lives here are low income seniors and have no funds to find different housing If you speak up about anything management claims harassment and one receives a 5 day notice When asked to provide specifics on harassment the request was ignored That to me would be considered retaliation which is illegal by state and federal lawsnnThe residents are for the most part kind respectful and compassionate people However they are not treated with respect by some in management There are other inadequacies but it would take too long to list more ... hide ...

I moved in Promenade Apartments in 2019 and have been extremely pleased It has gotten even better over the last year even with COVID19 in place The staff has worked with me and maintenance not only solves the problems but they dont seem to be bothered with you having a problem They attempt in all cases to solves the problems immediately but when that is impo 2021-04-05T13:58:48Z
