I wish I could do zero or negative stars for the residents on farmer apartments I have lived here for three years and am very upset with these apartments The only reason I lived here so long is due to it was extremely close to ASU while my friendroommate attends First off my vehicle has been broken while here There is no gate or type of property barrier Peop

I wish I could do zero or negative stars for the residents on farmer apartments I have lived here for three years and am very upset with these apartments The only reason I lived here so long is due to it was extremely close to ASU while my friendroommate attends First off my vehicle has been broken while here There is no gate or type of property barrier People and transients walk through the apartments property 247 I catch transients loitering on property doing drugs camping looking in vehicles and attempting to get into the building almost every day The apartments have a bicycle room to store your bike and mine was stolen out of it the first few months I moved in I have physically been assaultedattacked by a transient while standing in front of the lobby and luckily the police caught the guy There is no security here day or night There is a train track directly next to us and trains only seam to come by late at night honking there horn when your trying to sleep There is no pool no BBQ area no common areas and no designated parking Parking here is horrible Almost every single time I try to park there is no parking and forced to park on the city street Open to easier vehicle damage or theft Random peopleNone residents park on property and leave to ASU or down town Tempe leaving us with no parking spots The leasing office is a ghost town It is so rare to see some one in the leasing office A new Whole Foods building is being build next door and keeps the whole apartment sounding like a war zone day and night with there construction noise So finally beware of this place

Just wanted to drop a note in appreciation for Paul He came over figured out the issue with the dishwasher fixed it in a timely manner as well as leaving the area spotlessnnPaul also answered a few general questions I had and came across not only as very knowledgeable but very personable as well which I appreciatednnHe also took care of a small weather strip

This place needs a negative rating Absolutely the most horrible place I have ever seen There are maintenance issues that go ignored and unresolved the yards and landscape have not been done since July water leaks everywhere in the landscape that make holes tenants must pay for it Weeds are growing in the rocks more than 2 ft tall The grass is dry and dead

This place needs a negative rating Absolutely the most horrible place I have ever seen There are maintenance issues that go ignored and unresolved the yards and landscape have not been done since July water leaks everywhere in the landscape that make holes tenants must pay for it Weeds are growing in the rocks more than 2 ft tall The grass is dry and dead has not been watered since July Pet waste containers go unattended for a month or more until someone puts in a work order for it to be removed The laundries are not maintained always have broken washers and dryers and they stink because of stale soured water left in them for weeks They send notices that the gates will begin operation on a certain date and it never happens Cars stolen and broken into weekly DONT LIVE HERE If people complain on their blog about anything they are sent threatening letters from management

While I am satisfied with my apartment and the amenities offered overall I am seriously unimpressed by management Im a veteran on Social Security Disability I have lived here for a year My current lease expired 31 December 2018 I completed all Lease Renewal Paperwork in October 2018 As of today 24 January 2019 I have not been provided s lease to sign There

While I am satisfied with my apartment and the amenities offered overall I am seriously unimpressed by management Im a veteran on Social Security Disability I have lived here for a year My current lease expired 31 December 2018 I completed all Lease Renewal Paperwork in October 2018 As of today 24 January 2019 I have not been provided s lease to sign There was a change of Management Companies on December 1st The office is now only open two days a week and two Fridays a month This means there should be someone in the office 10 days out of 30 Half the time those days the office is closed for offsite training I am between a rock and a hard place as I have nowhere to move and no way to move
