DO NOT MOVE HERE This complex is the worst The management turnover is every other year No one knows what they are doing The latest manager was Daniel he is worthless and obviously they know it because now he is gone They do not care about the residents They just want the money and WILL NOT fix anything They are infested with roaches I even used my own money for pest control and it still did not work Roaches running around the kitchen counters and up the walls in the living room The pest control is a joke they come into your apartment for 2 minutes This place IS SLUMS AND RUN BY SLUM LORDS I often told people to not move in here when they were touring or they regretted later after signing the lease and then they were stuck for a year DONT DO IT SPEND THE MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE Now they have a new manager named ART He was the assistant when Daniel was there Neither one of them were worth it Dont listen to him everything Art says is a lie None of the Equinox apartment complexes are worth the money ALL SLUMS more ... hide ...

Dont rent here nice place noisy neighbors couple in the back of me entire time remain in property yelling and screaming throughout entire day refusing stop commeting every detail in my entire time they never slept u stay here i never got any resti would highly recommend not move here not worth time or money there alot drug dealers in the area

I went to see the apartment I had made an appointment for after parentteacher conferences On the web site under apartment amenities it says washerdryer It doesnt say in select homes I got to the place and first of all the nice woman wasnt wearing a mask She said she cant because she has Asthma I understand that but she can wear a shield Then she was really 2020-09-17T01:26:14Z
