At first I thought it was a nice place to live Sober living close to my job until my air conditioning started to leak in august The maintenance man started to repair it but didnt finish the job because he left and went elsewhere to work Ive told the mgr upteen times to please fix it Through time it has got beyond worse I have black mold very bad on the walls 2018-11-02T18:27:52Z
At first I thought it was a nice place to live Sober living close to my job until my air conditioning started to leak in august The maintenance man started to repair it but didnt finish the job because he left and went elsewhere to work Ive told the mgr upteen times to please fix it Through time it has got beyond worse I have black mold very bad on the walls restaurant style trash bags covering the area with duct tape The mgr said I could hold off on rent due to the serious health issue I was out of town in Chicago for a week because my brother had passed away When I came home 3 days later the mgra d an eviction officer were at my door changoch the lick telling me I had to evict the apt asap She also said that I had a court date on the 25 of October of 2018 I didnt receive anything from her or the courts stating I had missed a court date The mgr said she left it in my door I was out of town and there was no notice of eviction or a court date And by law when served an eviction notice there has to be a court Marshall or sheriff to subpoena me I have to sign for it None of that was done So now as we speak I am currently in a hotel with none of my belongings trying to resolve this matter The mgr is shady does nothing what she says shes going to do and shes a dingbat Not management material I wouldnt recommend that place to my worst enemy more ... hide ...

The property manager Arica Redondo is very unprofessional at her job she rents to past Tennants without looking at there file to see why they were asked to move out she rents to drug users and dealers she borrows money from past Tennants so this way she will lie on the applications just to get them approved once she submits it Shes doing more harm for Celtic 2020-06-06T21:45:45Z

Tried to call for some general information Not even in the door yet and office staff was very rude and condescending Will not even consider this place as an option Seriously learn how to be polite to prospective residents or find a different job
