Nice place Friendly people BUT very aggressive and vicious loud barking dog lives in bldg 14 This dog is psycho Not trained at all for a house pet Supposed to be a service dog for a deaf couple which is BS No service animal is aggressive or vicious This dog has the temperment of a dog trained for underground dog fights and attack dog This dog is extremely loud and aggressive that not suitable to be around small children or even other people especially in a close environment This dog is constantly in attack mode and will aggressively bark at everyone and everything even if its 50 feet away or poses no threat This dogs temperament is more similar of a wolf in the wild than a domesticated house pet This dog does not belong around a lot of people especially in an environment where people live close together But thank God this dog is always on a leash when the owner takes it for a walk God help us if this dog ever breaks free

Very run down bathrooms are very moldy and jacked up landlord is a slum lord doesnt fix anything and should b ashamed to let his tenants live in those conditions

This community is by far the best community I have ever resided in The front office staff is always friendly and its never hard to get a hold of someone when needed The community itself is very nice and quiet The property is well taken care of I can tell they really take the aesthetics of the property seriously The landscaping is always looks nice and taken

This community is by far the best community I have ever resided in The front office staff is always friendly and its never hard to get a hold of someone when needed The community itself is very nice and quiet The property is well taken care of I can tell they really take the aesthetics of the property seriously The landscaping is always looks nice and taken care of and everything outside always looks clean so it gives this area a peaceful and calm feeling Its a peaceful place to live at They are pet friendly and my dogs love it here Theres plenty of space around the property to walk them and Ive always felt safe even when I walk them at night They have a designated dog area where dogs can play and it is pretty big They also have serval laundry rooms so its never hard to find an open machine The unit itself is really spacious and I can tell they really make sure every single detail is taken care of in the unit before someone moves in I have not had any issues with pests and the unit was really clean when it was handed over to me Lastly the location is perfect because its really close to grocery stores restaurants and retail stores Overall moving here was the best decision I have made and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to join the community
