Ive lived here for a few years new management has taken over The ladies in the office are very friendly and professional Jasmine is very helpful she took care of my maintenance request quickly Maintenance staff are also very professional and took care of everything

DO NOT RENT HERE The new management is not interested in making it livable Maintenance has been put off for what feels like decades Old leaky singlepane windows that are probably original to the complex theyll send your electric bill sky high air conditioner dripping water all over the bathroom disgusting old carpet peeling off the floor bugs and paper thin walls The fitness center doesnt even have a full set of weights The laundry room has bugs and flies in the washing machines and its hit or miss on whether the washersdryers will work Management apparently cant get through to the company they use for laundry to make repairs There are also only 42 open parking spots for the 70 apartments in this complex Amenities like the racquetball court are falling apart floor rotting out from water damage Response from the office when asked about repairs They decide to close it indefinitely with no plans to fix itnnManagement is only interested in squeezing every last penny out of the residents and theyre very open about the fact that they use software to maximize the rent increases every year You will pay more each year with nothing put back into the community All of the concerns mentioned in this review have been brought to management on multiple occasions THEY DO NOT LISTEN THEY DO NOT CARE Overall extremely disappointing living experience and I would recommend you look elsewhere for your wallet and for your sanity more ... hide ...

Ive lived in my fair share of apartments and this one has definitely been the worse The photos on the website are a scam The apartments are poorly renovated an understatement as everything broke within the first week of living there There are roaches and mice You never have hot water or working air conditioning There are also emergency water shutoffs 23 times a month which negatively affects the AC The water shutoffs typically happen later in the day so the office workers get off and leave their residents with no running water for hours and no assistance Since I have lived here the amenities were never open or usable Ive sent in numerous maintenance requests that were unfulfilled The management team is impossible to reach even through email or voicemail I was told by Lydia who works in the office that they receive too many phone calls a day to return voicemails Mind you I have never seen the office workers on the phone when I have visited the office The complex is extremely unsafe Cars are broken into regularly nonresidents sleep out by the pool at night and the gates never work Im sure the management will comment on here that they are willing to help resolve these issues however you can never reach them If I could leave 0 stars I would more ... hide ...
