These apartments for the money are fairly good They are well maintained with decent landscaping and lots of large trees and lots of squirrels They have ample parking with pavement that is in good condition and didnt have huge holes no weeds growing out cracksno huge oil puddles and no broke down cars that seem to bring in bad people and mean dog lol The ap 2020-01-05T17:17:25Z
These apartments for the money are fairly good They are well maintained with decent landscaping and lots of large trees and lots of squirrels They have ample parking with pavement that is in good condition and didnt have huge holes no weeds growing out cracksno huge oil puddles and no broke down cars that seem to bring in bad people and mean dog lol The apartments a small efficiency style one and two bedroom units I am unaware if they have studios or 3 bedroom units or not The uni te s are in good repair with fresh paint no holes in the walls no broken anything really that is a big plus The maintenance and office personnel are supposed to always on duty during normal business hours but from what I see they come and go There is a laundry room coke machine snack machine There is a circle K within walking distance and a family dollar and a car wash and Mexican carnicaria next door Within a a short drive there is several burger joints mexican restaurants a Walgreens pharmacy a food city check cashing a dollar tree two auto parts stores an oil change place a post office a public library and several other small shopping places It is worth mentioning that close by are three public schools a few catholic schools and churches and a magnet school as well as a private school I am no expert but would rate the neighborhoods in the immediate area to be lower middle class but with neighborhood pride evident I personally would recommend these apartments if this price range was in your budget I also would recommend any other place to live in this area simply because the neighborhoods although lower income brackets seem to be well maintained and seem to feel safe here more ... hide ...

My wife and I moved in about a month ago From entering the office on day one the office manager and her staff have been nothing but professional and honest with us We had other choices of places but because of the staff chose Midtown on Seneca Any rental you move in to will have some things to fix after move in but especially one this big Seems like some of 2022-04-05T21:42:03Z

Great complex Youre treated like family Rodney in the front office is on it whenever anything is needed Maintenance keeps the place looking great and when there is an emergency fixes the situation quickly
