The worst place I have lived in my life Unsafe area and horrible management Our cars were robbed twice Our neighbors were as well Asked management to fix the broken streetlight for security Months later it was still broken and the parking lot is still very dark The upstairs apartment flooded and our ceiling was leaking for a week Maintenance kept putting off the repair The walls swelled with water till the point the paint bubbled Three months before we moved out the AC went out It needed a new thermostat wire which maintenance let run on the floor from the middle of our apartment to the back patio door I taped the wire down assuming they would install it through the wall within a week Three months later when we moved out the wire was still running through the middle of our apartment Not only was it an eyesore but we tripped over it several times and outside the wire was exposed where kids were able to play with it hazardous and irresponsible Management didnt care And the roaches we had to just get used to the roaches No amount of cleaning or spraying will eliminate the roach problem in building F It is infested thoroughly This place is cheap for a reason Do yourself a favor and keep looking for someplace else You can do better than Cantrell HeightsLegacy Pointe more ... hide ...

Ms Tameka is very nice and helpful My mother lives out there and has been very sick and she has always made her self available to assist me with what ever I may need help with I watch how she handles her resident with a caring heart She is doing a great job at your property

So I have been here a year and I love my apartment itself What I dont like nor appreciate is the lack of accountability on my neighbors Litter is everywhere Also during my first 11 months no issues with bugs and then bam roaches galore I called to complain and no one can come out for a week as well as my complaint was not handled properly Alot of rules are b 2020-10-14T20:19:59Z
