Lived at this complex for 3 years Always paid our rent on time and never even complained about our awful neighbors New owners enter the picture and suddenly were being grilled like criminals They are demanding a mountain of paperwork be filled out proving we are who we say we are and we work where we say we work About a month later we FINALLY get everything squared away and then out of nowhere we are given 30 days to be out of our home because we make too much money We made maybe 2000 over their newly implemented annual limit for a household of two So now were under a ton of stress trying to find a reasonably priced apartment while packing up all our belongings We found a place and had to pay 600 first months rent up front plus an 800 deposit But oh wait Now cedar hill says we only have 3 days to get out because we didnt pay them 500 rent for the month they decided we had to be out of there So we manage by some miracle to get all our belongings out in 3 days but when we go to return the keys they say we will not be getting our security deposit back because they cant find proof we ever paid it But wait theres more They also want to charge us an additional 194 for the handful of days our things were still in the apartmentnThe company that owns these apartments now are greedy thieves who will take you for everything you are worth and treat you like dirt to make a single penny NEVER rent from them if you value your sanity and your money more ... hide ...
