This place has smelled like rotting fish for months Rent keeps going up each year yet the property keeps looking worse and worse They are asking for a 40 dollar increase in rent to renew the lease An obvious way to put money into thier other properties I would do your best to stay away from here On top of that maintenance has a habit of saying they completed 2021-10-09T12:21:10Z
