Ive been here over a year with no problems Then I started dating a girl and had a few problems with her And asked what I could do So I called Brandy Brantley and she turned around a week later and banned the girl Well a lot can change in a week the young lady and I have worked through the problem and now she Brandy Brantley will not left the ban Which makes 2022-10-06T16:56:43Z

Stayed there four 8 years was an awesome place to live after five years new owners came and went place went down fast pool never clean never fix anything cant contact anyone no checking background on new residents I worked there also went to court with the owners in complaints of other residents well my last year there went from great to worse after the last 2019-03-24T16:13:05Z
Stayed there four 8 years was an awesome place to live after five years new owners came and went place went down fast pool never clean never fix anything cant contact anyone no checking background on new residents I worked there also went to court with the owners in complaints of other residents well my last year there went from great to worse after the last owners bought the place they didnt want to renew my lease never was I late on my rent more did I not pay anyway long story short I got and eviction for October November December and they could give no reason as to why I was evicted That place sucks they bait you in then speak to you as tho you did wrong for asking to get things fixed etc Well Im loving my new place and to whom may decide to live there GoodLuck 8 year resident more ... hide ...

I been hear a year and some months and all they have did was invade my privacy and they have not fixed anything in my apartment if anything went wrong I had someone else to fix it because when they had maintenance they was stealing my food and taking things and they see that it is mode on all the buildings and they have not took the time out to clean it up 2021-12-06T18:01:55Z

We used to live up on the 4th floor in the back corner The ceilings were amazing as was the space We had an exposed brick wall in the living room that everyone signed their names on when they would visit It was filled as high as you could reach Those were fun slightly irresponsible times I hope many other people get to experience the same Only down side are 2020-06-18T19:09:11Z

I wont be emailing because I know that emails go straight to the managers office here on the property Ive already had more problems in the last couple of years since Tonya left than I have the whole thirteen years Ive lived here combined Also spoke to the owner woman and property manager Kim with no resolutions Only told there have been no other complaints when I know that isnt true This place isnt secure as people may think Many people have the codes who dont live here A lot of them being kids from the complex next door Ive witnessed them playing in the stairwell all hours of the night Some Other tenants here seem to think they know when I come and go and why or who with and if they miss something they are going to ask somebody They have also told visitors whether or not I was home when they showed up unannounced Im Not allowed to bring guests through the back door so no one misses anything But other tenants can Too frequent inspections when they are not listed on the lease at all other than move in and out or known emergency situations Still have water damage in my ceiling from April 1 2010 Electrical issues that have been shrugged off and ignored along with other ignored maintenance requests Water pressure in the building sucks Too much drama around here period This is supposed to be an apartment building yet it feels like a prison sometimes They operate like a nursing home with no nurses Manager says she can go anywhere in the building anytime she wants and has the right to inspect the units whenever she wants Quiet enjoyable living does not exist here I enjoy nothing about this place anymore Seems like every time I turn around theres a new camera somewhere and clearly not for anyones safety They are there for the manager to watch us as much as possible for her own benefit Theres also audio on those cameras and other places recording without permission or notice which isnt legal She sits there and watches from her phone easvesdropping on whoever she can There is no privacy whatsoever We are supposed to abide by the lease agreement but they dont have to Ive been accused of lease violations for things not even listed in the lease How does that work Ive had enough of busybody neighbors her spies keeping tabs on me and reporting back to her with whatever they want They have entered my Apartment several times without notice or permission to the point I had to put up my own cameras Certain rules only apply to certain folks They cant fix our washers and dryers but she can sure come up here after business hours to use the ones locked in their maintenance closet to do her personal laundry Its against the lease to solicit yet it happens all the time even by employees Have a service dog Good luck Youll still be harassed in my experience Cant believe a thing anyone in this building tells me Especially staff It used to be clean inside the building but even that has gone to hell Cant even keep a maintenance man very long anymore The place has become a ghost town compared to the way it used to be Its gotten so bad i feel like i have to watch what I say and do in the privacy of my own apartment in fear of being watched on camera or however Walked over dog poop in the hall for three weeks until corporate was called and then it was just smeared into my doormat When mentioned to management the response was Not my dog Well it wasnt mine either Someone has even used a key to enter and gone through my personal belongings Not saying I know who but I dont give out keys Inspections are similar to military inspections We are expected to clean things that are impossible to even reach I understand inspections but how do I keep clutter out of a closet and why are you going through my closet in the first place Every time I walk through the lobby and there are people they are either complaining about management or gathered with management gossiping about other tenants Been told when i call its on speaker for everyone to hear So donenCall me more ... hide ...
