This is suppose to help individuals in need and when you submit all the required documents for the assistance they find some dumb reason to continue to ask for the same document that had been sent 3 different times What is the point of asking for the same documents and stating they are waiting for this information when everything was already sent Then to top it off no response for almost 3 months when I hear other people getting there issues being handled promptly I feel this is all who you know and if they really want to help this is not first come first serve type of thing I find it ridiculous that someone has to literally be kicked out of the home to actually receive this assistance They deserve no stars more ... hide ...
