I lived in the apt complex and once I got the apt I noticed the complex gate was not working it allowed anyone to enter the complex it was addressed to their attention that random people have been parking in the parking lot and leaving their cars for weeks and when it was addressed when are they going to fix the gate they stated its to expensive to repair th 2016-09-02T03:14:16Z
I lived in the apt complex and once I got the apt I noticed the complex gate was not working it allowed anyone to enter the complex it was addressed to their attention that random people have been parking in the parking lot and leaving their cars for weeks and when it was addressed when are they going to fix the gate they stated its to expensive to repair the gate Their has been two robberies in one of the buildings and all they said was call the police I likes the complex because it was gates and I thought moving into the complex its going to be a good apartment complex but I thought wrong I feel Unsecure leaving my apartment knowing that anyone could come in I had called over and over to have them fix some issues Im was having in my apartment and its still was not getting done and it had been more than three months since I reported my issues I will not recommend this complex they need to work on communication and fixing the issues the renters are really concern about make the renters feel like they are coming to an apartment they can hall HOME more ... hide ...

What a lousy experience in this place I neither live nor have I lived there but my mother brother and I applied for more than a year and since then they have called us about 3 times including one they gave us last week to let us know that there is an apartment available This past Wednesday they called my mom and I gave a deposit of 100 to set it aside Thurs 2019-01-06T11:10:36Z
What a lousy experience in this place I neither live nor have I lived there but my mother brother and I applied for more than a year and since then they have called us about 3 times including one they gave us last week to let us know that there is an apartment available This past Wednesday they called my mom and I gave a deposit of 100 to set it aside Thursday passed they didnt call so my mom dialed them and told her that she could come the next day to start paperwork Apart from waiting for half an hour in the parking lot her lunch break ended at 130 We arrived at 150 the secretary and manager arrived almost at 230 when entering the office apparently she did not They even knew who we were why we were there and that we had to make an appointment to start our paperwork Is seriously The day before we were told to arrive and not for a moment were we told that we had to make an appointment Also the door says that an appointment is needed only when it is on Saturdays When my mom asked when she could do it very arrogant the manager asked I think what we needed and what we were there for again and she proceeded to help us My mother and I did not bring everything they needed and in itself they never at any time told us what they were going to need from us In other words for how these women are serious and professional their attitude gave much to be desired Total that my mom and I decided to get out of there Oh and so strict that they are believed and to enter the place we did it easily because the entrance gate did not work we have seen it that way for days because it passed by there often and as we passed we saw a man taking things out of the boat of trash making a mess Ha thank goodness more ... hide ...
