I have been here five years n my carpet is so filthy the manager Deseray came to my door n i said come in so she steps in and we have small chat n then i speak on the carpet and i tell her lean down a lil bit see if you can smell the carpet n she shook her head and said no thanks and rinkeld her nose I put a work order in like Betty said and it has been well over 15 days about my kitchen sink being clogged and i havent had not one person come by to check it out unbelievable Betty says to me I front of some company I had over one day and she says dont try and be miss maitanece and put a work order in and let us take care of it I dont know how anybody anywhere would stand around and see people being so miss treated as a tenet like how could they give me 101 inspections and have 3 or 4 people sometimes 2 and nobody put a word in saying nothing about this is cleaned the carpet my self 4 times and payed for the professional carpet cleaner to come and it does not a bit of good I emptied out my apt cause the carpet layers came and did 2 apts and just passed mine up like it isnt years over due how depressing is this I had even mention to Deseray that I cant even stand coming home or being home cause of the filthyness in the carpet I mean I was pregnant when I moved in to SunRise apt And I was so worried about my baby to begin crawling due to the nastiness in the carpet n he is now 5 going into kindergarten and just amagin how unhealthy this carpet is they can careless about the wellbeing of my Family When I wrote the first review I really thought these people cared boy was I ever wrong more ... hide ...

I thought the old management was bad its now under New Management and Kelly the main manager refuses to respond to my text or calls regarding my deposit I moved out 3 weeks ago and cant get them to even respond I do not recommend this place Its full of bugs feral cats and is in shambles as far as maintenance

The management is ridiculous They had my nieces Honda towed from my nieces own designated parking slot even tho my niece had a valid parking permit for the car to be on the grounds because my nieces other vehicle a chevy truck had a permit for the parking space
