if at all possible do not rent as long as the manager by the name of Carol is still manager if you come to the complex you will see that it is clean and thats the only good thing about it you will not see tenants outside they are scared to death of this manager she is a bully Example there is a almost 80 year old single alone women living there well shes tried to get her kicked out she threatens them constantly if you dont do this you will get kicked out she is rude she has no customer service skills she walks around like a bully they are afraid to speak to her they are afraid to give their concerns to her for fear that she may try and get them kicked out she shout out one day yelling at a young man which should not have been there they are here to die leave the property well his elderly mother was there and yes although he may have not had the right to be there she did not have the right to yell that out these are their Glory years they should be relaxed they should socialize with one another and if she were a kinder person a type of person that they can come to with any of their needs that is the type of management you want for your parent or grandparent so please once again if at all possible do not send your parents or grandparents here from the outside its very clean but inside that office lurks something you do not want the last days of a loved one to go through more ... hide ...

The women who works management is so judgmental and unkind She really needs to be written up or better yet replaced She should not treat anyone the way Ive seen her speak to others

i was the first to move in when this place was built and was nice place at first Then pot excuses for management We have had items stolen from right in front of our apartment and off our patio numerous times now and management does nothing We had break in and including manager lets herself and child into peoples homes helps herself to food and does laundry i 2017-06-17T20:16:34Z
i was the first to move in when this place was built and was nice place at first Then pot excuses for management We have had items stolen from right in front of our apartment and off our patio numerous times now and management does nothing We had break in and including manager lets herself and child into peoples homes helps herself to food and does laundry in your apartment and its all on camera but corporate does nothing Its no longer a safe place Ive been here 4 years and have seen slot not to mention she sleeps with everyone and if she cant well lets just say youll start recieving notices for negligence Maintenance is cool people This was a nice place and management let it run into the ground Cops all the time Fights and now drugs Were trying to get out of our lease so we can take our family out of here Feels like little Richmond now more ... hide ...
