Zero respect for tenants There has been construction for months They work around us all days of the week any hours no consideration Very frustrating The staff said we should be more gratefulgrateful For what We werent complaining before construction Its new management now who are better but there still isnt any concern of our comfort Outside of construction the complex is a bunch of odd but kind residents I enjoy the small park like atmosphere here and I like the apt itself Cozy although after construction and replacing the downstairs floors it no longer heats up downstairs You have to use the stove to retain heat on the lower level Very weirdnnUpdate weve had new management for quite some time now and I will say I like them better There isnt the air of us being lower level peasants anymore lol There is definitely more concern about us as human beingsnnUpdate 62019 Management has changed over literally every other month for the last year or so No exaggeration The districtregional manager is beyond rude and sadly into apartment gossip There are so many troublemakers here elderly troublemakers weird I know it has become a depressing place to reside I would 10000 recommend you look elsewhere before coming here Like I said previously the apartment itself is nice We dont have bugs rodentsWell lots of spiders and ants and these trees are dumping Praying Mantis and some green worms EVERYWHERE But nothing major and untreatable If you have to come here DO NOT MAKE FRIENDS MIND YOUR BUSINESS Best advice I can give Some residents are odd and will come stand by your door and look in your place Not say a word just starenGood luck wherever you end up more ... hide ...

Ive lived here for a little over a year now at first it was fine but weve now had 7 inspections over the past 5 months On top of that we got a letter raising our rent by 100 a month as part of a change in management which is unfortunate but livable weve now been told that cant be the right rate by the manager and its been 2 weeks of asking for what the corre 2015-11-14T19:19:49Z
Ive lived here for a little over a year now at first it was fine but weve now had 7 inspections over the past 5 months On top of that we got a letter raising our rent by 100 a month as part of a change in management which is unfortunate but livable weve now been told that cant be the right rate by the manager and its been 2 weeks of asking for what the correct rate is with only I still need to check as answer On top of that they are now asking for 6 MONTHS worth of banking records as well as information about retirement planning accounts investments all the way to whether we are full time students or not hugely invasive for tenants who paid rent on time for over a year now Seeing as our apartment has wall outlets that wont hold cables and cabinets that are falling apart this is really a raw deal for the pricennUpdate theyve now given us 60 days notice to vacate the premises They are saying I make to much to live here never late on a payment and no complaints against us unbelievably inept management Steer clear more ... hide ...

So what can I say Nice Neighborhood Loud not quite cuz theyre remodeling the apartments to make it look cool but they dont look that awesome I guess every apartments are remodeling this year to make it look very fancy lol
