I moved here 9 months ago the month right now is February 2019 the management is telling me even if I clean the Apartment I will not get my deposit back and I put 95000 down for a deposit they are otaomatically going to take 40000 out of my deposit to paint and my apartment that i moved in to had spots on the ceilings they have changed managers 4 tim 2019-02-24T18:40:15Z
I moved here 9 months ago the month right now is February 2019 the management is telling me even if I clean the Apartment I will not get my deposit back and I put 95000 down for a deposit they are otaomatically going to take 40000 out of my deposit to paint and my apartment that i moved in to had spots on the ceilings they have changed managers 4 times since I have moved here When you need to wash the office isnt open to put money on your card to do the laundry then I got a flat tire 2 weeks into just moving in there cameras dont work falsely informed on the lease someone stabbed my tire with a knife that cost me 134 dollars to replace one of my neighbors that lives here has had a tire flattened 3 times now if you dont have alot of money to just spend then advise you not to move here some of the people are just really up tight around here Yes I wrote a review already because the management tells you that if you do that they will take 1000 off of your rent cons I was stupid enough to fall for it But now that I have been here I know that this place sucks Im in the process of moving out really happy I am getting out dont be there next victim the manager in the office right now is really nice its to bad that she works for a place like this more ... hide ...

This place I ran down manager is very rude and disrespectful to the senior residents There are no activities or good resources for seniors I wouldnt recommend to anyone

I was homeless for almost 6 years and have bad credit plus 2 evictions and they gave me a second chance and let me rent from them In a acouple days it will be a year that I have lived here and Im so grateful and blessed to be living here and not in my car So thats why I gave them 5 stars They took a chance on me when they didnt have but Im so thankful that t 2020-11-04T03:43:11Z
