Hi this is my review on the House Authority in Fairfield Ca if I can give this place 0 stars I would Lets see were do I start I followed and did everything they told me to do and I filled out all paperwork And got approved for my certificate Amount of 1280 which was suppose to be 1302 but that was a lie nnwhat I dont like and understand is they tell you that have 1280 to look for apartment and not to worry you will find something in 60 days are you joking Yeah right like its that easy nnThen they say you have to look for a place Under 1280 and you cant add money to that 1280nn1st of all I live in California rent in my area Ranges from 1700 to 2500 even with places that have roaches I cant even afford those not that I wanted those type of places but my god give us a chance people to get something Decent and that I can AffordnnI tired low income places their always waiting list Is always full or closed basically people are not moving out of low income places 2nd not very many apartments are Accepting Section 8 voucher iF they are the rent is too high The hows authority know thisnnBut they still send you out there looking Ive been all over Fairfield Vacaville Dixon vallejo calling Putting in applications Everythings either not accepting application waiting list is close or dont accept the section 8nnAnother thing I dont like about the authority is they send you out there on your own with no help no Guidance Setting you up for failure anyways I mean come on when you give somebody 1280 and expect them to look for something in 60 days What do you expect to happen Its near to impossible to find something in 60 days for under 1280nnThe employees that work there are very rude look down on you and they are races One of the workers there by the name of Deanna who I thought was a ok person made a Racist remark to my face when asking if she remember me her answer was no dont remember you theres a lot of your kind of people that comes here huh kind I thought to myself what kind of people is she talking about black people that wasnt very Professional if you ask me Theres not just black people that are on Section 8 there are all kinds of people Anyways the only reason why I want to get on section I have a disability and I want it To be more independent more ... hide ...

Horrible horrible service from the staff May she has a very rude way of speaking but not just that she intimidate tenants by screaming and yelling at them and as well by telling them she will give them a warning and or need to evacuate the apartment has little to no patient with tenant and want tenants to perty much stop what their doing and run to her we al 2017-10-04T18:51:20Z

I have been very stressed out by the plethora of maintenance problems here including very noisy heating system problems with kitchen sink difficult to flush toilet AC dumping water on living room carpet tub plug and faucet not working properly difficult to flush toilet flooding of patio up to patio door as well as rude manager all within the first year here 2022-02-18T03:58:32Z
