I have the vaterra 2 years pretty much management is very nice and helpful every time I have a maintenance problem they come within a day and a half problems with roaches I am very clean but I think our attendance to not keep their place like myself but as soon as I detect any roaches in my apartment I am form management and they quickly respond and take car 2016-07-21T17:58:47Z
I have the vaterra 2 years pretty much management is very nice and helpful every time I have a maintenance problem they come within a day and a half problems with roaches I am very clean but I think our attendance to not keep their place like myself but as soon as I detect any roaches in my apartment I am form management and they quickly respond and take care of a problem as long as I keep up with my part I think that other tenants need to do their part as to maintain their areas and cleaning other than that I have had my car broken into twice but I feel pretty safe I have not had any problems with anybody the only problem I really hate and feel disgusted about is the pool its very filthy and very unhealthy to swim in I feel the rent is too overpriced for this area especially because we did not have or I do not see any security around at any time more ... hide ...

Sadly surprised and disappointed Brown dead grass everywhere piles of dirt where there was no dead grass went to see about renting there but I had to use the restroom before I talk to anybody in the office they stopped me and told me there were no public restrooms there I said but I want to rent here and they were stuck on no public restrooms Ill take my mon 2019-08-12T22:06:08Z

Horrible horrible horrible place to live management is unprofessional not kid friendly at all unless you want your childchildren around smoke marijuana and picking up needles off the floor They do nothing about it they do not care at all
