Havent lived there in years but for current and future tenants theyre being sued for scamming people out of their deposits During my time there they cycled through managers like clockwork One of the managers was really into racial nepotism and basically groomed people of the same ethnicity in order to keep future managers positions looking very homogeneousy 2021-12-19T09:41:30Z

DO NOT COME OR RENT HERE The Manager is Not PEOPLE PERSONShe Has A Dark Side The Monthly rent goes up to 15 supposed to be No More Than 5 Were renting 1 bedroom 2 adults 1 child and 3 month old baby We asked the Manager Jaime for 2 bedroom in Affordable Rate but was Offered Market Price 225000 even tho we Still Qualify We been living here since 2012 Now wer 2019-06-28T10:28:24Z
DO NOT COME OR RENT HERE The Manager is Not PEOPLE PERSONShe Has A Dark Side The Monthly rent goes up to 15 supposed to be No More Than 5 Were renting 1 bedroom 2 adults 1 child and 3 month old baby We asked the Manager Jaime for 2 bedroom in Affordable Rate but was Offered Market Price 225000 even tho we Still Qualify We been living here since 2012 Now were asking the city to look our Situation but were still waiting for their AnswernnAbout the Maintenance its HORRIBLE I called the Management about Broken FaucetHot Water in the Shower so I waited for them to fix it after 3 months I have to call them back instead of fixing the Problem right awayit didnt happened and the walls from the living room its building Molds It took them 5 months to fix when I asked the maintenance about it They said that the Manager put a new work order thats why we have to wait that longSame thing with the Windows when it Rains the water leaks inside the kitchen and the room its been couple years nownnWhen the Management send a Letter to all the Tenants Stating That they will put CCTV on 2014 for the Safety It didnt happen There are some crimes going on VandalismCar Break in and Stolen License Plate and one of the Tenant unit was almost BurglarizednnI got the news from the City They too didnt Help us They will Compute your income 3 different ways and They will take the Higher Number POLITICS 6262019 more ... hide ...
