Management use to be good but not no more If you cant stand a manager who treats other residents better than you or who charges you for damages that were in the apartment before you moved in etc then dont move here Our car has been broken into several times and the area is just all around a ghetto place which I dont mind The rooms are small enough to the point where when I just reach my arm up to put a shirt on the ceiling fan hits my arm You dont get what you pay for The sockets are weak and cant even support a phone charger and the ones is my house are upside down The only good part about these apartments is there park They have a basketball court sometimes they keep very little maintenance on them more ... hide ...

This apartments need attention From the right people its honestly ridiculous Its so obvious that they just care for the money and have the mentality that oh its low income people Im coming from out of town to come visit and this place is just terrible The apartments arent clean at all and theres trash everywhere all over the apartments

These apt are not bad for low income really quiet place even when its next to the train track and everyone mind there own business The only thing here i dont like is people parking in my stall and i will always call for towed truck but nothing really happen they need to regulate their visitors parking better like come on you have cars with expired tags and 2019-01-23T23:10:43Z

My experience with the kings view manor apartments was awful We had cockroaches and mice in the apartment Nothing was working All of the doors for the apartment closets were not working and the garage disposal wasnt working and was flooding every time you turned the water on The air conditioning unit wasnt working either We got the bill for the apartment and 2021-05-11T19:18:04Z
My experience with the kings view manor apartments was awful We had cockroaches and mice in the apartment Nothing was working All of the doors for the apartment closets were not working and the garage disposal wasnt working and was flooding every time you turned the water on The air conditioning unit wasnt working either We got the bill for the apartment and its over 4 thousand dollars for stuff in the apartment that never worked Very disappointed My suggestion is to never live herenThe staff got what it wanted by making us pay for the rent but never did anything but kick us out They basically pick and choose who lives here Because even though we were paying rent they throw us out anyway more ... hide ...
