We moved in 2 weeks ago We got a remodeled unit and it wasnt fully done but they have been working daily to fix it The workers here are great people This is a very large property and not that many workers so it can get hard from time to time for them to get to everyone but so far have been doing a great job Yes the area isnt all that great and some units may 2020-07-09T21:32:44Z
We moved in 2 weeks ago We got a remodeled unit and it wasnt fully done but they have been working daily to fix it The workers here are great people This is a very large property and not that many workers so it can get hard from time to time for them to get to everyone but so far have been doing a great job Yes the area isnt all that great and some units may have issues but the way you keep your place inside is all up to us I am a very clean person and my place looks very nice inside and little by little i am making it feel like home regardless of the surroundings The property is doing their best to upgrade everything and make this area look better and I have been seeing the difference even if it has been 2 weeks I rate it a 5 because the workers have been very helpful and have been there everytime I needed something so far more ... hide ...

I wish I can give no stars to this place It was okay to move in but management Ashley Jessica and Mark are terrible about helping their tenants Apartment complex is infested with roaches Plus they love having a towe truck company called West Coast towing taking peoples cara when they have expired tag This place is trash and their whole system

We lived at Whispering Woods for a year and a half recently During that time we were subjected to constant exposure to drugs specifically marijuana and meth We fought a never ending battle with cockroaches Gun shots were a normal state of affairs There was no security for the last six months even though we were told they were getting a new company which they 2012-12-11T04:04:17Z
We lived at Whispering Woods for a year and a half recently During that time we were subjected to constant exposure to drugs specifically marijuana and meth We fought a never ending battle with cockroaches Gun shots were a normal state of affairs There was no security for the last six months even though we were told they were getting a new company which they never did During that time there was a gang murder and constant police fly overs in their helicopter Our roof leaked every single time it rained and despite promises for repairs from all levels of management including corporate it never happened The real problem is the local management who are almost incapable of returning a simple phone call This same management told us that we could have a dog and then changed their mind even though the were dogs of all shapes sizes and breeds all over the complex When we went to leave we were told by an employee that they did not blame us The short version stay away its NOT worth it more ... hide ...

The neighbors are either a hit or miss and the owner is very rude They take months to fix things wrong with your apartment and you have to literally bug them about it Theres fights every week I literally feel like Im back at high school Please save yourself a trip and skip over these apartments

Pulled up to the apartment because I had applied online and even got a call back and made an appointment to finish up paperwork and showed up just for this lady with glasses who didnt even give their name had said oh their system is down and that I have to refill everything on paper like what Yea right and on top of that there were lots of families just doin 2021-04-01T19:12:11Z
