The management at Galt Place treat the majority of their tennents bad they try to control things that go on if you are on their good side everything is okay if not your in for it

The apartments are a nice size just sad the corporation doesnt keep them up Floors are uplifted due to the tree roots in some apartments there is a significant gap in the flooring from the roots The flooring needs to be upgraded in all units The stove is an apartment size unable to put two skillets on at the same time Refrigerator is small and dishwasher 2021-02-25T22:59:25Z
The apartments are a nice size just sad the corporation doesnt keep them up Floors are uplifted due to the tree roots in some apartments there is a significant gap in the flooring from the roots The flooring needs to be upgraded in all units The stove is an apartment size unable to put two skillets on at the same time Refrigerator is small and dishwasher is okay All kitchen appliances need to be updated The sprinkler system waters the walkways and not the grass The hot tub was taken out about two years ago The community room has a new stove new refrigerator new dw No one can use it prior to corvid Also new furniture in the community room Notes 24 hr maintenance thats wrong Only when the maintenance man wants to work Manager tells things that are not the truth she believes that the apartments are condosnand with that tenants need to replace items in apartment Nice to have parking spaces for each apartment Every year the rent goes up one year mine went up 50 per month The managers boss is a nice intelligent person Owned by a large corporation in Texas who really doesnt care about Comfrey as the rent is not high enough Sorry for the bad comment but the apartment needs to be upgraded and actually cared for The layout of the complex is good more ... hide ...
