Because I live there and it is a clean there houses are nice but you have to do spraying everytime you turn around and it is not a pet friendly home unless you have a note

I was applying for a apartment here went through the process and a month later found out I was getting the chance to move into one of these apartments However the process was difficult getting a hold of someone was nearly impossible whether it was a phone call and leaving a voicemail or stopping by the office DURING OFFICE hours no one seemed to be therenI was offered a upstair apartment for 650 when the actual price was close to 800 paid first months rent and deposit as well as already getting ready to move in on my set date I show up and no one is there to hand me the keys the apartment door was unlock and another lady shows up saying she was offered the same apartment lol to sum it up I got scammed and it took four months after getting law enforcement involved and the business management to get my refund which I got everything back but the hundred dollars I put the hold on the apartment from the get go

Horrible management They never fix anything properly The manager is not on site and is rude to approach and threatened to evict people if they didnt post date documents They need to fix how management works
