Ive lived here for close to 10 years The manager is strict but she does more than what she is expected to as a manager I moved here when I was 11 with my mom and I moved out at 21 The apartments are clean court yards well kept the space is small so young children really shouldnt be playing in the court yard There is how ever a pool in the back of both comple

Ive lived here for close to 10 years The manager is strict but she does more than what she is expected to as a manager I moved here when I was 11 with my mom and I moved out at 21 The apartments are clean court yards well kept the space is small so young children really shouldnt be playing in the court yard There is how ever a pool in the back of both complexes a basketball court and a small field that is large enough for a game of soccer It is on a busy street and little parking if you have more that 2 cars The max rooms in a apartment that I know of is 3 bedrooms and two bath The manager only does what the owners tell her to after all she is just an employee trying to keep her job The apartments are well kept white walls with carpeting in every room except bathrooms and kitchen If you have any concerns with health such as asthma it is a legal right to be accommodated with tile style flooring All out I want to provide as much info I can I love this place and hope to move back into my own apartment once Ive finished school Gracias Carmen usted si fue una buena Manejadora de edificio

I would like to take the time to give them Allanza Apartments the lowest rate This is a false advertisement Its not as nice as the pictures show the Maintenance sucks Everything is bad The parking lot is always full This is no private apartments the gate doors are mostly always broken so everyone in the public has access to come in any time The office people are so unprofessional This is not the first time they just close the office and leave no note saying they will be close or whats going on They open and close the office at whatever time it benefits them They live in the apartments and Ive seen them a couple of times going in and out of there apartment to the office They manage this apartments really bad People need access to pay laundry cards and service and complains to be but they can care less of us Laundry rooms are dirty like the pools The only nice thing here is the nice office once you walk in People dont get fooled Look somewhere else They raise the rent whenever they want too Thank you for reading
