Unfortunately I havent had a good experience with these apartments My friend and I put our name on the waiting list at the same time We also work at the sams job making the same amount of money She was able to get into the apartments but for whatever reason I wasnt When I called about my name being on the waiting list they told me 7 years Ive also talked to 2018-10-09T22:06:34Z
Unfortunately I havent had a good experience with these apartments My friend and I put our name on the waiting list at the same time We also work at the sams job making the same amount of money She was able to get into the apartments but for whatever reason I wasnt When I called about my name being on the waiting list they told me 7 years Ive also talked to several people who put their names on the waiting list after me and for some odd reason they were able to get into the apartments I was told by people who live here that they choose who they want and they dont go by the waiting list I also ran into an old friend at the grocery store and she was telling me how she actually left her 2 bed room apartment here and called placed her name on the 3bed apartment Ironically within weeks she was able to get back into the apartments I am a fulltime worker also a fulltime student at University of Irvine with no criminal record I also have no evictions Ive been on this waiting list since 2014 Its truly sad and unfortunate I hope that someone higher up reads this because its truly unfair more ... hide ...

We are so happy that my Mom is at this apartment the staff is awesomenAnytime we call for service is always on the same day and it gets taking care of right a way so grateful for Angeline she is supper nice and helpfulnI really apricate her service and dedication for our elderly parents and the community she gos above and behind her duty to make sure ever 2021-01-23T02:06:20Z

Jen the manager is patient and an all around pleasant person to talk to But Cole at the office is very rude and impatient He is frankly insulting to talk to I have been on a waiting list for low income housing for about 2 years I got a call for an apartment last year After doing the application and paying all the dues I was told I did not qualify and no refu 2021-02-05T23:54:42Z
Jen the manager is patient and an all around pleasant person to talk to But Cole at the office is very rude and impatient He is frankly insulting to talk to I have been on a waiting list for low income housing for about 2 years I got a call for an apartment last year After doing the application and paying all the dues I was told I did not qualify and no refund of my dues was issued except the deposit When I got offered another apartment this time around I asked if my income would disqualify me He told me we cant give you that information I told him I did not want to waste time and money if my application will get declined again He said That is the risk you take when you fill out an application We dont give that information so people dont adjust their paperwork to qualify How is this possible Why do I need to keep spending money on an Application fee No other business does that to people Imagine if a shoe stores policy was you need to pay money to try on shoes but if they dont fit They keep your money You can pay again to try on a different shoe Ive had a horrible experience So much for Fair Housing more ... hide ...
