Bad security in this apartment building many robberies there only people alone days and nights many strangers enter they let them pass without identification Outside many even line up to enter the building

Most of the building and side walk facing 7th street is a derelict filthy mess It could use a chemical power wash and a city mounted garbage basket

NOT EVEN ONE STARnnThe Van Nuys Apartments is residential complex reserved for lowincome senior citizens via funds from the HUD and CRALA projectbased Section 8 property catering to seniors over 62 years of age and individuals with disabilitiesnnGuess whatnThe Management is run by full of Evil Mean very bad mannered peoplenMy mom lived this apartment more than 7 years always wrong accused by these people all the timenthey go into unit without proper notification and permissionthey treat old people badly and also using their power over those poor old peoplennMy mom had to leave this place because her illness I had to take care of it to clear out the unit GUESS WHAT AGAINnI got kicked out by their guard during the conversation without any violationsnI was asking them illegal entering the unit when my mom is not therenThey just kicked me out cause I am not the one actual lease person signed on the contractnEven they have me signed A paper to clear move out from the unit since my mom went into a hospitalnthey asked me to sign the paper which I signed it about 7 weeks ago and pay rent until clear out the unit instead of my momnnI am not a jerk putting bad review on everything I am not a guy who even dont have a job I am writing this REVIEW because My mom and I had really horrible time there with these peoplenthey should not be in control nI dont know who hired themthey must gone from those poor old people livingnThey keep building dirty guard is not there oftenbasement parking is really hard to parking for even young peoplethe elevator breaks down many times theres so much more things I can saynnOUTSIDE of the building do not believe the picture they put onnjust GO to the place yourself take a good LOOK at itnYou will see how DIRTY outside street and building isnnIf planing to have your parents live there FORGET itnWAIT until all that management people get replacednI feel really sorry for those old people honestly more ... hide ...
