Nice building with a lot of potential but due to the new manager Jackie I give it a low ratingnThe building is nice and the porter maintenance man that cleans the building does a wonderful job trying to maintain it by himself The handyman is her side pet to cover her when she doing her inspectionsnPros 4 bed room for 1600 securednCons Laundry room always dirty and low water pressure The after school program needs improvement Parking is tight good luck on that Jackie chooses who can park any where even handicap lolnnThe Manager Jackie hates on people that are doing better then hernConstantly digging threw your files to see if she can report you lolnShe will mess with your mail Federal offensensends out notices of inspection but rarely shows But Jackie will show up on the day the investors come nI recorded her being nosy and her friend with the White Kia I also caught her taking my sons mail his flight tickets and return them in the boxnJackie kept my deposit after I left the apartment cleanclaiming it was my fault for not leaving till the end of AprilnWHEN SHE ASKED FOR THE FAVOR TO MOVE OUT SOONER TO ALLOW ANOTHER TENANT TO MOVE IN AND USED THAT AGAINST ME WHEN I WAS BEING NICE TO HER I could have moved out at the end of Aprilcomes to find out she wanted to move in Jackie twisted the story and took my whole deposit I reported her to Michelle Santiago and asked to put it in writing I decided not to go thru with it cause I would never feel right about someone losing their job which is also her home but when I found out it was her wanting to move into apartment 101 WELL here it isnJackie intentionally had me move out early and use my 30day notice against me when all I was trying to do was move out sooner to help her Jackie came to my door and asked me if I can move out sooner SINCE WE VERBALLY AGREED ON THE 30day notice and turned around and maliciously used me to get away with her evil intentionsnI hope it was worth it Jackie enjoy apartment 101 But God is goodnnBEWARE THIS LADY IS MISERABLE AND HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO I suggested you get hidden cameras for your apartment I was going to report her but God knows nkarma more ... hide ...

Nice place to start but not to remain forever Its very clean and with 24 hour security it makes you feel safe The only downfall about this building is that the walls are very thin and you could hear your neighbors cell phone ringvibrate dressers closing blender powering and their conversations I hate that about this building Ive been a resident for the past 2016-04-11T23:05:03Z

I lived at Broadway for almost 2 years and my experience was nothing but amazing I want to give a big shout out to the entire staff at the North building They are all so very friendly and very professional Knowing of my hearing loss communication was never an issue They would pull out a pen paper and sometimes their phones to communicate with me Adriana foun 2021-06-03T20:51:08Z

Do not move here if you can help it The building overall was ok compared to the other buildings in the area but the manager Shawn Lee is horrible He will not assist in maintenance requests in any way shape or form His maintenance team are nice people however under the supervision of their manager they operate extremely poor Ive been here for 6 years and had 2020-12-13T17:56:09Z
